Head of Inclusive Planning, EssenceMediaCom

Claire McAlpine (pronouns she/her) is Head of Inclusive Planning at EssenceMediaCom, where she leads on the Inclusive Planning program that guides clients in making their media campaigns more authentically representative.  She works with the UK’s and EMEAs biggest brands, including Mars, adidas, Tesco, Coca Cola, Google and many more.   Creating award winning campaigns, diversifying their media supply chains and championing the power and impact of EDI and responsible media that connects with the UK’s diverse populations.  The IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) recognise Claire as an inclusion changemaker in the industry, adding her to their IPA iList and Campaign awarded Claire the inspiring Women awards for making Media Matter.
