Julia Drucker-Allister

Julia is currently Media Director at Wella, leading across all EMEA markets. After spending several years agency-side in planning and client leadership roles, predominantly within the beauty category, Julia took the leap over to the client side to immerse herself into the ins and outs of the Wella brands and business. Her current focus is leading transformation of Wella’s European media op model and go to market strategy within an era of high growth for the company under Private Equity ownership.
